Resolution
I made a purchase that I want to return because I changed my mind; the shipping to return it is, of course, at my expense, but is it normal for the buyer to want to be reimbursed for their shipping costs as well?

If, due to a change of heart, you return the product intact at your own expense to a professional seller or to a private seller who accepts returns, you are entitled to a full refund of the item price and the outward shipping costs. Private sellers are not required to accept returns for a change of heart.
This is set out in the regulations on distance selling.
