Good evening, I bought an item, now I need to return it, because as I already wrote to the seller it doesn't meet my needs, also because the motion doesn't work. Is it right that I pay the shipping for the return?

Mentore1 year agoIf the main reason is that it doesn’t meet your needs, you have to pay for the return shipping yourself.
If you’re returning it because something doesn’t work and this wasn’t specified in the listing, the return shipping is the seller’s responsibility.

Mentore1 year agoIf it's normal that the signal doesn't have that range, it's just you changing your mind.
If it doesn't pick up the signal because the item is defective, then it's a non-conforming item.
