Hi everyone, I need help
I placed an order without registering and now I need to make a return, but when I open the email to make the return and print the label, it says there’s an error on the page, so I’m having trouble making the return.
Has this ever happened to you?
Can I find that order from my account?

if you purchased as a guest, no.
That’s why it’s always better to create an account and then make the purchase.
