Resolution
I made a return through the seller, who sent me a shipping code. When I communicated the code to eBay, I entered a code without the initial letters without realizing it. How can I modify it?
However, looking at the return status, it says that eBay has received the information
Could it be that I won't receive the refund because I entered the wrong code?

Mentore1 year agoProbably with the wrong code eBay doesn’t see whether the return has been delivered to the seller.
Have eBay customer service contact you and ask them to correct the code.
