I sold an item.
After the buyer received the item, he asked for a return with shipping costs on me, saying that the item was not in perfect condition.
in all the photos in the listing, the various marks he listed were clearly visible, when I pointed this out to him he replied by telling me that he had not looked at the photos, at which point he also called me SMART, telling me that I had not been truthful in the description.
I would like to understand whether all this is lawful and so I have lost time and money between shipping and return shipping.

Mentore1 year agoIf the buyer has opened a return request for you on ebay, it means it's allowed... whether it's fair from your point of view is irrelevant.
The procedure is therefore clear: you have to arrange the pickup at your own expense and then issue a refund, otherwise you'll lose both the money and the item.
These are the risks of online sales.
