Hello, after purchasing a product, I requested a return due to incompatibility, but the seller did not accept the return and so closed the return procedure. Later on I was able to contact the seller by phone, explaining the problem better, and in the end we agreed on the return. The problem is that I made the payment with Klarna, so he should accept the return again so that the Klarna installments stop and I can proceed with the return. Does anyone know how I can start a new return procedure or what the best way to proceed is?

Mentore1 year agoYou can ask eBay to step in only if, after opening a request, the seller does nothing...
But unfortunately you closed the request, so eBay can no longer help you.
