Return at my expense
why do I have to return at my own expense an item that does not meet the described requirements and I can't install it? why do I have to pay for the seller's incorrect information?

Mentore1 year agoIf the item you received does not match the listing, return shipping costs are the seller’s responsibility.
If you open the eBay return process and indicate the correct reason, the seller has 3 business days to provide you with a prepaid label…… https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041
If they don’t, ask eBay to step in.
