Early refund at my expense, picked up by the seller but not for eBay, which says the shipment is delayed
Good morning everyone! I had an issue with the eBay platform! Basically, I bought an item from a seller who first of all delivered it right at the very last minute before the deadline (on top of that the item wasn't right, neither for quality nor for the model, with no brand mark at all, a Made in China). I sent the item back at my own expense and it arrived 2 weeks ago! The post office told me it was delivered (but now it says I didn't return it on time. Has anyone had an experience like this? Because the seller has the item but they won't give me my money back!
