Good morning, after receiving an item that was not working properly, I then decided with the seller to send the item back. The return was accepted by the seller, who in turn sent me a return label. So far, so good. The problem is that I am a truck driver with irregular hours, nobody could help me, and so I went ahead and sent the item back to the owner without using the label because I didn't have time to wait. The item has arrived at its destination, but the seller cannot issue a refund because, obviously, the original return label was not activated. What can I do?
