Returns and refunds
Good morning,
I returned an item purchased on 26/2, the seller received the return on 1/3 and sent me a message saying it had been received, but the tracking still shows it as in transit.
When will I get the refund? How much longer do I have to wait?

if you haven't entered the tracking and courier correctly, and until it shows as delivered, the refund may never reach you... it's all in the seller's hands, if they want to, they can send it to you right away.

thank you for the response, the package shows as delivered on the Poste Italiane website and on the French destination website, on March 1, on eBay it still shows in transit, the seller sent me a message confirming receipt, but has not yet issued any refund...
How do I go about getting everything unblocked? Thank you
