Returns and refunds
I hereby state that I do not accept the seller's offer of half price, because the perfume is not original and is not even worth half of the 70 euros I spent on the perfume. I ask for help with the return and refund of the full amount to my debit card.
On the website everything was written in English or I don't know what, but not in Italian, so I was not able to clarify the product properly.
I ask that the site be made with a choice of languages that can be linked to shipping.

You wrote to a community of users like you, and the perfume you bought has never cost so little; didn’t you suspect it was fake?
