Dear community, I have the following question:
I need to return an item, and the return shipping is at the seller’s expense. I opened the case and was given a PosteItaliane label to print. My question is: Do I need to go to the post office and the shipping is already paid for, or do I need to pay for it upfront and I’ll be reimbursed along with the refund for the purchase?
I should point out that I was sent an item different from the one described in the listing
