returned to mailbox and SDA does not deliver

I bought an item and started the return process by buying an eBay registered label. SDA just called me saying they don't deliver to post office boxes, which is the address provided by the sender. this purchase (fraudulent in its setup in my opinion) is costing me too much. in terms of time and money. what should I do?

The registered mail service also includes delivery to a PO box... so you must have purchased some other service.

You can go to the post office and send it via Registered Mail.

I sent it to the post office by registered mail (purchased on eBay), except the package is in SDA’s hands, and they don’t deliver to P.O. boxes.

I don't think you can buy a registered letter on eBay... and I don't think registered letters are handled by SDA either... but maybe things change over time...
