I purchased an item from England, spending about 2000 euros. When it arrived, it was not as described (inside the package there was an item worth only a few euros), and the seller accepted the return.If I understand correctly, I need to fill out form CN22 or CN23 for customs, indicating that it is "returned goods".Question: since what I am sending back is an item of little value, do I need to fill out the CN22? Or since I need to get a refund of 2000 euros, do I need to fill out the CN23?Thanks
