Mentore2 weeks agoYou can't reopen it.
You were warned that by closing the procedure it would then no longer be possible to open others (on ebay) and you confirmed that you wanted to close it.
Now all you can do is turn to the protections of the payment methods you used (paypal dispute or Klarna or else a chargeback on the credit card).
