good morning everyone, I returned an expensive item, I bought the label from the ebay label center managed by parcel2go and I shipped the package by going to the post office. Due to my inexperience, since I think this is actually the first time I’ve requested a return, I didn’t get insurance for the package. Well, the argument started because since January 24 the package has been stuck at the postal mechanical sorting center. Today I called parcel2go, with which I had opened a complaint in early February, and they tell me that Poste reported the package as lost and that there is nothing they can do except reimburse me for the label cost, namely 5 euros, on an item that is definitely worth much more. Shocked, I called Poste and they told me that responsibility for the package lies with the company that provided the label. Now I’m wondering, is it normal that I have to take the heat for a package lost through no fault of mine, for which I have the delivery receipt from Poste? Obviously the dispute opened by the seller was closed in his favor because he never received the return since it was lost, as mentioned. Can you tell me what kind of route I should take?
