Return not received
Hello, I accepted a return by authorizing eBay to provide my shipping address where the package sent back by the customer should be delivered. Today the package shows as delivered, but in a completely different place from my location. I am in Sicily and it was delivered in Foggia. eBay is asking me to refund the customer, but I can’t find a way to say that in reality the package was not delivered to me. What can I do?

Did you provide the buyer with the return label?
Have you checked which return address is listed on your account?
