I am a seller and I accepted a return. According to eBay rules, the buyer was supposed to provide a tracking number and ship it by December 19. I was refunded because what I mentioned earlier did not happen, and last night at the dawn of the new year (31/12/24) the package shows as delivered, but that is not the case. How do I resolve this situation?
