Good evening, I bought some mats that I hadn’t initially received, and after 1 month from the purchase I opened a dispute for item not received. Strangely, after 2 days it arrived, the problem is that they are not different from the photo and they don’t work for my vehicle. If I try to open a return it won’t let me because there’s an open dispute, but in reality I closed it for item received. Can you tell me what I should or can do? thank you very much
