Good evening, I bought some mats that I hadn’t initially received, and after 1 month from the purchase I opened a dispute for item not received. Strangely, after 2 days it arrived, the problem is that they are not different from the photo and they don’t work for my vehicle. If I try to open a return it won’t let me because there’s an open dispute, but in reality I closed it for item received. Can you tell me what I should or can do? thank you very much

Mentore3 years agoIf you close the dispute correctly for item not received, it should then allow you to open the one for item not as described.
If you can't do that, contact eBay customer service.
