unregistered receipt
Good morning
I purchased from an unregistered user, I need to return the product and 7 days have passed since the return request, but the supplier is not responding.
I tried registering with the same email, but it says there are no products
Does anyone know what I can do?

Which is why it's always better to register before buying...
