Package resolution
Good evening, I returned a package, and as soon as the seller received the package, he sent me a photo showing that it had been received damaged and wants a refund for the damaged part.
Since I received the package intact and delivered it bagged just as it was and it was damaged during transport, what should be done in this case?

OP2 years agoI feel more sorry than anything for the seller who received a small amount of damage, he gave me a refund but I wanted support from eBay to understand whether I have to pay for the damage received during shipping or not

OP2 years agoTo get eBay support it said if I wanted to file a dispute... Not knowing what it was and being new to eBay I clicked it thinking I’d get support from eBay, and instead I received that the dispute is in my favor and it even gives me a refund of €5. Even eBay doesn’t know what it’s doing😫
