Return for incorrect purchase
I am a seller who accepts returns within 14 days.
If a customer wants to return an item because they made a mistake when making the purchase, I don't understand why Ebay gives a month to do it? The mistake is on the part of the person who bought it, so my rules should apply.
And why does Ebay block 100% of the funds, including the shipping cost I paid?

Mentore1 year agoYour rules only apply if they do not conflict with legal regulations.
If the buyer requests a return for non-conformity (which is regulated by the civil code), everything you write in the listing is worth less than zero.
If instead they ask for it because they changed their mind and the 14 days have expired (the minimum a professional seller can offer according to the consumer code), you can refuse the return.
