Fake item title
I bought some genuine AirPods but when they arrived they were counterfeit, so this is a scam
I asked for a return and the seller sent me the return document.
The item must be returned with Mondial relay.
Do you know if there are locations in Italy?
Can you advise me on what to do to avoid being scammed?

Mentore3 years agoMondial Relay in Italy does not exist, shipments assigned to Italy are handled by Poste Italiane.
Let’s say the situation is complicated... the label was provided to you but you can’t use it... in this case you “can” end up being in the wrong...
Hard to say what you can do...
