Returned for wrong size
Hello everyone!
I bought a used item, unfortunately despite the measurements it turns out to be too small, can I return it and get a refund? Are the shipping costs my responsibility?

Mentore3 months agoIt is necessary to distinguish a non-conformity from a size exchange.
If you bought a L and a M arrived, this is a non-conformity (the product received does not correspond to the one ordered) and the seller is required to accept the return at their expense.
If you bought a L and a L arrived that doesn’t fit you, this is a size exchange. If the seller accepts returns, the return is at your expense.
