Returned without registration

Good morning.
I bought an item, without registering (which I’ve been doing for years) but alas I have to return it. And here begins the ordeal. The item doesn’t appear in the purchase history and somehow, I got the return ID code.
Problem.. I entered Bartolini as the shipper and eBay’s return ID in the tracking ID, so now I see the package as if it had been shipped, but the package is still on my sofa. What a crappy return system
Can anyone tell me how to cancel the procedure, since there’s not the slightest chance of speaking to an assistant??

Mentore3 weeks agoIf you cancel the procedure, you won’t be able to open another one... so maybe it’s best to take the parcel to a BRTpoint.
Or is he too tired and wants to stay on the couch? 😊
