Restitution failed

Good morning, I wanted to ask if someone could help me.
I bought a fuel tank for my bike; after receiving it, the mechanic told me to return it because it wasn't compatible with mine.
After buying the label on eBay and shipping the item, in the return history I read: “delivery was unsuccessful because the recipient's address appears to be incorrect or incomplete. Contact support.”
