Mentore3 months agoThere’s nothing more to do on eBay. You have closed and confirmed that you want to close the return request.
Try using the payment method guarantee you had used.

OP3 months agoEven if the product is returned to the sender, do I lose the return? I've already shipped the item and anyway where do I find the warranty?

Mentore3 months agoIf the item is returned to the sender and you no longer have the option to open cases on eBay, you have to rely solely on the seller's honesty. eBay can no longer help you.
The legal guarantee is an obligation of the professional EU seller, but you have to deal with him directly.
