Hello, I bought a product from England that, when it arrived, did not match the one in the listing. I request a return, all ok, I click print label and a sheet comes up with no barcodes or QR code, but with the address and, in the top right corner, a Royal Mail logo and the words: postage paid gb and a 7-digit alphanumeric number. I try at the post office but they tell me they do not accept things from Royal Mail.
But where do I have to take this package? Is that code enough? Thanks.

Mentore5 months agoRoyal Mail in Italy does not exist.
It’s obvious that an English buyer can’t send you a Poste Italiane label!
Unfortunately, you have to sort it out with the seller... at most, have them reimburse you the shipping cost from Italy somehow.
