Hello, I need to make a return, for a rotary hammer drill that was sent to me wrong (who knows why when the item is wrong it always has less value and missing parts) on the official Milwaukee website the rotary hammer is sold in 3 different versions
N1 Rotary hammer with batteries charger + case.
N2 Rotary hammer + case.
N3 Rotary hammer in cardboard box
The code shows that I bought the N2, 18v rotary hammer with case, the seller sent me a 12v rotary hammer without case and not even its original cardboard box, he didn't bother to make a package with a box that has nothing to do with it, for me there are 2 things, either he's utterly incompetent or he's a slick operator, I'm leaning toward the slick operator, let's get to the problem, obviously I don't trust at all sending the drill back, knowing that the refund will be made after delivery, another problem I had to pay taxes because it was shipped from Korea, about €53 in taxes, who is going to reimburse me for these, the seller went silent when asked 😤

Mentore1 month agoIf you paid VAT to eBay (total value under 150 euros), eBay will refund it to you.
If you paid duties and VAT to the courier, you need to check with the customs agency whether there is a way to get the money back.
