if more than 30 days have not passed since delivery, this is the procedure:
Return an item in exchange for a refund | eBay
If, on the other hand, more than 30 days have passed, you need to contact the payment method... Paypal or chargeback... of course, you have 180 days for the first... 13 months for the second.
