Restitution of the hated

Good morning. I bought a Candi brand fridge and right after that I realized the address was wrong and I canceled the order. But after 5 days the money had not come back into my account and today I received a message saying that the order is not canceled even though the seller had said yes before. In the meantime, with another eBay account I ordered another Beko brand refrigerator. How is it possible that these things happen on eBay.......what do I do now? How do I completely close the first order and get my money back? Thanks if you reply......I'm not obligated to buy 2 fridges ...

Mentore1 year agoYou are the one who bought and paid for two refrigerators, nobody forced you.
On ebay, the shipping address is also remembered on the payment page, so you can confirm it. After payment is confirmed, it is no longer possible to change it.
Also on ebay, buyers cannot cancel orders. You can only ask the seller to do it for you, but the seller has no obligation and can refuse your request.
Contact the first seller and try to find out if and where he shipped the first refrigerator.

OP1 year agoBoth I and the seller accepted the cancellation, but eBay cancelled the cancellation. Why? My money is with eBay.

Mentore1 year agoIf the seller has accepted the cancellation and eBay has sent you a confirmation email, you simply need to wait up to 30 days.
eBay cannot block the issuing of a refund... if it hasn't gone through, you need to contact the seller, not eBay.
