Good evening, I was refunded for an item by the seller even before I had actually shipped it and before even receiving the shipping label. Now I can no longer access the return process area because it says it is closed. What can I do?

OP8 months agoI received did not match the one described. It was a
replica and not an original.

Mentore8 months agoIt's probably worth so little that the seller would rather lose the item than pay the return shipping costs.
Still, write to them that it will remain available for return, but that if you don't receive a prepaid label within 15 days, you'll be forced to get rid of it.
