Refund
Good morning. I started the return and refund process, but when I click the “Buy a shipping label” button, nothing happens. So I don’t know whether I should wait or whether I should just go to the post office and return it.

if you have opened the return process due to second thoughts or an incorrect purchase, you can ship using whichever method you prefer, as long as it is tracked.
You can also go to the post office and send it to the address indicated by eBay.
