I bought 2 pine wood garden loungers, only 1 arrived. When I unpacked it, I realized that to assemble it you need a drill to make no fewer than 60 holes with the drill??? IN THE SPECIFICATIONS IT SAID EASY ASSEMBLY. So I canceled the second lounger, for which there will be a refund. Now, for the reason mentioned above, I need to return the first lounger, how do I do that??

"Assembly required: Yes"
Nowhere does it say that it is "easy," also because how did he think he would fix the crossbars... if not with screws?
Obviously, the return will have to be defined as his change of mind (it is absolutely not non-compliant!) and therefore everything will have to be at his expense.
