Hello, the buyer is asking me to return the item purchased because it arrived defective. How can I dispute this if the buyer knew perfectly well the condition of the chairs before buying them?

Mentore3 years agoIf it is declared that the item was not compliant and if it does not make procedural errors, you will not be able to object.
Follow Sika's advice and try to minimize the damage.

you can refuse to accept the return... but if you do, be aware that if the buyer asks eBay to intervene, you could lose money and the item.
So, a piece of advice, don't drag your feet and try to minimize the damage by arranging the pickup at your own expense.
