I purchased a USB rechargeable LED lamp with motion sensor that was delivered to me on 19/09/2023; I tried the lamp but I noticed that when moving the switch to AUTO it turns on and off continuously instead of turning on when motion passes in front of it. I think it should be returned as a defective item, but on the product page, regarding returns, it says: the buyer pays the return shipping costs.
But isn't there eBay protection for purchases with debit card, shouldn't the return shipping costs be paid by the seller?

Mentore3 years agoWhat’s written there refers to the right of withdrawal. If the item does not match the description, the return (by law) is always the seller’s responsibility (regardless of the payment method used).
