Mentore2 years agoBy accepting the return and arranging the pickup at your own expense without beating around the bush or wasting time.
You have 4 days to do it; if you do nothing, on the fifth day the buyer can ask ebay to step in and you lose both the money and the item, because ebay refunds them on your behalf without forcing your customer to send the item back to you... so it’s better that you think about it if you want to minimize the damage.
No point appealing to the falsity of the issue... it is what it is... selling online has these risks...
