Hi, I started a return request and the seller accepted it, but now where do I take the package with the label and everything? Or do they come pick it up?
Isn't there a drop-off point?

only you know what label you have and who provided it to you... so check which service was purchased and therefore whether the pickup is at home or you have to take it somewhere...
No one, unfortunately, can know that except you...

Only you know what you have in hand.
Some services provide delivery to a pickup point while others arrange pickup from your home.
