Refund
I received some Air Pods, and the left one doesn’t work, I requested a return, and it was accepted by the seller. Afterwards eBay sends me an email telling me that the seller can’t send a return label and to contact him.
the problem is that now it tells me that this is no longer a registered user.
Does anyone have an idea of how to do the return and get credited for what I paid?

Mentore2 years agoIf the seller doesn't want to or can't pay you the return shipping costs, you no longer have any obligation.
You will be refunded and you won't have to return it.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A WAY TO CONTACT EBAY TO GET THEM TO STEP IN BUT IT SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE..
