refund
hello, I bought a battery for my scooter in July, and now in December I found out, also thanks to a consultation with the mechanic, that the battery does not hold a charge.
I contacted the seller and sent the battery back to them, and they are carrying out their checks.
I should point out that the scooter is kept both at home in the garage and at the office in the garage, and as soon as the cold weather came it started having this problem.
Now I don't know what I should do, as I am waiting on the seller's evaluation, who has been kind and courteous so far.
If anyone has had similar problems, please let me know. thanks

Mentore3 years agoEven though there is a legal 24-month warranty, after 6 months the burden of proof falls on the buyer. Keep in mind that it's almost impossible to prove that it's a manufacturing defect (that was present from the start) and that it wasn't instead caused by the user with excessive charging cycles, too-fast and prolonged discharges, inappropriate voltages, etc.....
