I purchased an 18-inch wooden marine tiller with specific measurements in centimeters, which were fine for me, but when my item arrived and I measured it, I found that the actual measurements did not match those in the listing. I asked the seller (Indian) for an explanation, but I got a completely different reply, and what they were saying was incomprehensible. I asked for a refund and how to do the return process, but it was all useless. eBay was not very helpful in this case. In the end I gave up on everything, gave my purchase to a friend because it was useless to me, and bought the item again from another seller, but it's been 22 days since I paid for the item and it still hasn't been shipped... HOPE FOR THE BEST...
