Good evening
A customer is asking for a return, claiming that the comic he received has a writing on the cover, obviously saying something false, the comic sent was practically perfect with no writing.
Surely the intention of the gentleman in question is to improve his collection at someone else's expense.
How can I avoid the scam..

Mentore1 year agoPurtroppo nulla, se ti apre richiesta di reso per oggetto non conforme, sarai obbligato a gestirla a tue spese, pena perdita dei soldi ed oggetto.
