Good evening, I need to return this manifold because the threaded part is smaller than the smooth part, which is the size I need. The seller told me to send it by post, is that correct? They didn’t send me any return labels. There was no invoice in the package, where can I find it? What should I write on the package? Thanks

Mentore1 year agoIf it’s a mistake in your purchase, open a return request with the correct reason and you’ll be given the address to ship it to.
Obviously, everything will be at your expense, so you can ship it however you think best, as long as it’s tracked.

OP1 year agoThank you for your reply and sorry if I'm only responding now, but the email had ended up in spam and I hadn't seen it. The seller told me to ship the package however I wanted, and I did it by courier on October 29. The package arrived on November 6 and I'm waiting for a response, although I don't have much hope, especially since every time I need feedback I have to send 2 or 3 messages. Let's hope for the best.

OP1 year agoI opened the return process, the seller, through a reply in the messages on the purchase page, told me that I could ship it however I wanted, after that, even though I had asked him to reply in the return case, he didn’t say anything to me. Unfortunately I’m not familiar with this and it’s the first time I’ve returned something. Where was I supposed to enter the shipping number? Sorry for my ignorance. Thanks
