The return has been approved. The refund is on its way. The seller hasn't contacted me to get the return. What should I do?

Mentore1 year agoHaving return approval is not enough to get a refund.
The correct procedure would have been to return the purchased item and then wait for the refund to be issued.
If the steps were shortened and you still got the refund, following the exact email received from eBay, you simply need to contact the seller and tell them that you will keep the item available for pickup and that if they do not do so within 15/20 days, you will dispose of it.
Different if the return was at your expense...
