Return accepted but I can't find the label
Good evening everyone
I am a buyer and I need to return the unsuitable material to the seller. My request was approved by the seller (even though at the time of purchase it specified "no returns accepted"), the thing is that I can’t attach the label preparation to the item to be returned. Could someone help me understand whether I’m doing something wrong or whether I’m not entitled to the label (which I would pay for anyway)?
