Purchase returns
Good morning, I purchased a smartwatch. The description clearly says "Samsung Galaxy Watch 5". Once I bought it, though, I realize that in the description it says (among all the specs) that it is not original but a copy. I contact the seller the next morning to cancel the order and I am told that the package has already been shipped (even though the tracking on the app doesn’t show that and delivery is expected in 13 days) and so, since they don’t accept returns, there’s nothing I can do. Is there a solution to avoid having the product shipped or to return it once received?

if it is clearly stated in the description that it is a copy (not to mention that both the sale and the purchase are illegal!), you can't define it as a non-compliant item, so if you receive it... since the seller has no obligation to cancel the purchase because of your oversight... if returns are accepted, you can then send it back at your own expense.
