If a seller doesn't accept returns of the item (written in the listing) but the item is covered by the eBay guarantee(marked in the listing), what happens if you want to return it? thanks

Mentore3 months agoIt depends on the reason why you want to return it.
If it’s a non-conformity of the item (the item does not match the description or the photos), what the seller writes is irrelevant and eBay’s guarantee applies.
If a return is requested because the item is not liked or does not meet the customer’s expectations, the private seller can رفض the return.
