RETURNED TO SENDER, DO I LOSE THE EBAY FEES?
hello, I shipped a package on February 6 with Poste Delivery Web (I used eBay's shipping manager, Packlink) the item is being returned to the sender for unknown reasons (I contacted Poste and they told me to open a claim because the operator couldn't give me any further information) if I have to refund the buyer, would I lose the money from eBay fees + ad fees, even though it's not my fault?
Thanks

Mentore3 years agoSince I used the manager, the address is definitely the one registered by the buyer. Wait to understand the reason it’s being sent back and ask the buyer what they want to do. Remember that, since they paid you, the item now belongs to them. Once you know the reason for the package’s return and what they want, ask again.

OP3 years agoposte replied to my complaint simply telling me that the shipment is being returned to the sender without answering my questions about why, now having to refund the buyer will I lose the ads and sales commissions?

Mentore3 years agoWhy should you refund the buyer? Because you’re afraid of losing the fees? Did you make some mistake?
If the problem is the buyer’s, they could ask you for only a new shipment at their expense.
Otherwise, if they really want the refund, even if it’s their fault, you can deduct shipping and all fees.
