Good evening I sold a perfume to a buyer They were not satisfied with the product and started a return, I accepted, I sent a shipping label at my expense... And today the perfume arrived back at my house.When I opened it, unfortunately I realized that the perfume cap was damaged... Obviously it wasn't the courier, since the packaging was perfect... How should I handle this? Is there any coverage for this?
