Item returns
I’d like to know whether, to return an item, shipping is paid by the person who has to return it
For example, I bought the brush at the discounted price of 15 euros, do I have to pay 8 euros for a hypothetical postage expense in order to then get a refund not of 23 €, which would be the total cost only of the item, but of 15
Is that correct??
Because if that’s the case, I’ll keep the item

Mentore3 years agoYou didn't specify one essential thing, the reason for the return.
If you make the return because you changed your mind about the purchase, the return shipping is at your expense.
If you make the return because the item doesn't match what was described in the listing, the return shipping is at the seller's expense.
